HANIYE is a private couture house in Dubai. We do not sell collections; we accept commissions. Every gown begins as a blank pattern drafted for one woman — her measurements, her occasion, her intent — and is built through private fittings at our villa atelier in Al Quoz. Nothing is repeated. Nothing is rushed.
What "couture house" means
A boutique sells what exists.
A house creates what doesn't.
In a boutique, the garment came first and you came second; alterations pull it toward you as far as the cut allows. In a couture house, you come first. The design is sketched for you, the pattern is drafted from your body, the fabric is chosen for your frame and your evening, and the garment is refined on you across private fittings until it moves as if it grew there.
This is the working method of the great houses — and it is how HANIYE works in Dubai. Each completed piece is hand-finished, numbered in the House Register, and retired: no design is ever made twice.

The hand behind the House
Founded in Dubai, 2023.
HANIYE was founded by designer Haniye Yeganeh as a deliberately small house: a place where couture could be practised properly, without the compromises of volume. Her design language favours architectural form over trend — precise construction carrying fluid movement, pieces made to outlast the occasion they were commissioned for.
The atelier sits in Al Quoz, Dubai's quiet arts district — ten minutes from Downtown, a world away from the mall.

Questions people ask about couture in Dubai
What is a couture house — and how is it different from a boutique or tailor?
A boutique sells garments that already exist; a tailor adjusts them. A couture house creates garments that have never existed: designed from a blank page for one client, drafted to her measurements, built through private fittings. HANIYE works this way — every piece is a one-of-one, numbered in the Register and never repeated.
Is there real couture in Dubai?
Yes. The formal couture title is legally protected in Paris and reserved for member houses there, but Dubai has genuine couture houses working to the same principles — original design, made-to-measure construction, hand-finishing and private fittings. HANIYE is one of them: a private house in Al Quoz, founded in 2023.
Who is HANIYE for?
Women who don't shop — they commission. Clients come for evenings and ceremonies where a ready-made dress would be the wrong answer: galas, red-carpet events, weddings, milestone occasions. Commissions are intentionally limited each season.

Where is the atelier?
Villa 38, Street 58, Al Quoz 1, Dubai — about ten minutes from Downtown and Jumeirah, with parking at the door. All visits are by appointment only.
