Discretion is part of the craft

Privacy, stated plainly.

Couture is a private business — yours and ours. This page explains, in plain language, what information reaches us, what we do with it, and what we will never do.

What we receive

Only what you choose to send.

This website has no account system, no order forms and, by default, no analytics or marketing cookies. Information reaches us only when you contact the atelier yourself — by WhatsApp, telephone or email. That typically means your name, your contact details, your occasion and dates, and later, if you commission a piece, your measurements and fitting notes.

How it is used

For your commission — nothing else.

Your details are used to arrange appointments, design and construct your garment, and stay in touch about your commission. Measurements and design records are kept under your Register number so the house can serve you again. We do not send newsletters you didn’t ask for, and we never sell, rent or trade client information to anyone, for any reason.

Third parties you touch through this site

Honest about the plumbing.

When you tap a WhatsApp or telephone link, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or your phone network under their own terms. Photographs on this site are served from our image hosting provider’s content network, and fonts from Google Fonts — meaning those services receive standard technical requests (such as your IP address) when pages load, as with most websites. Google Maps links open in Google’s own service.

Your photographs & your gown

Your image belongs to you.

Fittings are private. We never photograph clients or publish a commissioned design without explicit permission — many gowns in our archive are shown without ever naming the woman they were made for. If you allow your piece to appear in the Register, the design is still retired forever: shown, perhaps; repeated, never.

Your choices

Ask, correct, or be forgotten.

Write to [email protected] at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (we may retain what UAE law requires us to keep, such as basic transaction records). This page may be updated as the house grows — if we ever add analytics or new tools to the site, this page will say so first.
